is the (first I think) single released by Brighton super group BRAKES (yes, that thing about leaving the "the" off the band name IS pretentious). BRAKES features members of ELECTRIC SOFT PARADE and BRITISH SEA POWER. Those bands were both quintessentially INDIE and sometimes leaning toward TWEE so it's a big surpise that this is PUNK FUNK and comes across all TALKING HEADS-ISH (though that sound IS all the rage these days). That said, this is a really great song with a killer bassline and it's a guaranteed floor filler. In their own words, "IT'S A NON-STOP, UBER ROCKIN', ALL NIGHT DISCO PARTY!!"
